    • Developing comprehensive safety plans tailored to each exhibition, including emergency response procedures, evacuation protocols, and first aid provisions.
    • Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations, international standards, and best practices in event safety management.
  3. Induction and Training:
    • Providing detailed safety inductions to event staff, contractors, and exhibitors, ensuring they understand safety protocols, emergency procedures, and their responsibilities.
    • Offering continuous education and training on hazard identification, risk management, and safety best practices to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
  4. Incident Management and Response:
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for managing and responding to safety-related incidents or emergencies during exhibitions.
    • Coordinating with emergency services, venue management, and organisers to execute swift and effective responses, minimizing disruption and ensuring participant safety.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Compiling detailed safety reports and documentation, including incident reports, and safety performance evaluations.
    • Analysing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and lessons learned to enhance safety protocols and practices for future events.
